EchoPod was installed on a wastewater tank catching a mixture of zinc and wastewater. The sensor monitored 4 levels including a high alarm. Due to heavy turbulence in the tank, a standpipe was used to dampen the wave motion allowing for a tight tolerance between activation points. Due to the coating nature of the liquid, the customer preferred a non-contact solution to reduce maintenance time required to rinse/clean contact devices. EchoPod provided the solution.
